01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "npkr" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting services available at npkr.bid, operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any natural person who has created a registered account on npkr and is of eligible age (21 years or above) to use the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered by a Player on npkr, through which access to all gaming services, wallet functions, and bonus programmes is provided.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to the actual PKR funds held in a Player's npkr wallet, distinct from any bonus credits or promotional balances.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by npkr under the terms of specific bonus offers, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the process by which npkr confirms the identity, age, and payment method ownership of a registered Player, as required under the Platform's licensing obligations.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which the use of npkr's services is prohibited by applicable local law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of npkr is lawful in their jurisdiction.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the npkr platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms take effect immediately upon account registration. Your continued use of npkr following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. npkr recommends that all Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with npkr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete legal framework governing your use of the Platform.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on npkr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or above, as verified by a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport).
• You are registering only one (1) account in your own name. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited on npkr.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of npkr or any of its affiliated service providers in a capacity that creates a conflict of interest.
• You are using the Platform for your own personal entertainment and are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• Your use of the npkr platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction of residence. npkr does not warrant or represent that access to or use of its platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

npkr reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by npkr may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending verification completion.

04 Account Registration

Registration of an npkr account requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and chosen account credentials. You are legally obligated to ensure that all information provided to npkr remains accurate and up to date at all times.

npkr operates a strict one account per player policy. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein, including any pending withdrawals.

You must not register an account using a name other than your own legal name, or provide a payment method that is not registered in your name, unless explicit written approval has been obtained from npkr's compliance team. Misrepresentation of identity during registration constitutes fraud and will be reported to relevant authorities where required by npkr's licensing obligations.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your npkr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. npkr will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel.

You must notify npkr's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if your account credentials have been compromised. npkr will take reasonable steps to investigate and address any reported security incident, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to a Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

npkr may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including mandatory email confirmation, SMS verification, or two-factor authentication for login and withdrawal processes. Compliance with these security measures is a condition of continued account access.

06 Deposits & Payment Processing

npkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. npkr does not impose deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits are credited to your npkr wallet in PKR at the time of successful transaction confirmation. npkr does not apply currency conversion to PKR deposits and is not responsible for any exchange rates applied by third-party payment processors for non-PKR source transactions.

npkr reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is flagged by its fraud detection systems, that originates from a payment method not registered in the Player's name, or that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits from JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly upon payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may require up to 30 minutes for confirmation during standard banking hours.
• USDT deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within 10–30 minutes depending on network congestion.
• npkr does not accept deposits from credit cards used for cash advance transactions, or from payment methods that the Player does not own and control.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from a Player's logged-in npkr account, subject to the following conditions: the Player has completed all required KYC verification steps; the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's current Real Money Balance; and no active bonus with pending wagering requirements restricts the withdrawal of the relevant funds.

npkr processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts within a target timeframe of 5 to 30 minutes from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 1 to 3 banking hours during standard working days. USDT withdrawals are processed within 30 to 60 minutes, subject to blockchain network conditions.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• npkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, accounts not in the Player's verified name, or to any account not previously used for a successful deposit transaction on the Platform.
• npkr reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawal requests pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

npkr Casino offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published in full on the relevant promotion page before a Player opts in.

• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Maximum bet limits apply during active bonus wagering. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• npkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or breach of these Terms.
• A Player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific terms of a promotion explicitly permit the stacking of multiple bonuses.
• Bonus funds are used before Real Money Balance in game wagers, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• npkr reserves the right to determine whether any Player is eligible for a specific promotion, and to decline or revoke bonus awards where eligibility conditions are not met.

09 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games offered on the npkr platform — including slot games, live dealer games, instant games, table games, and jackpot titles — operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or use live dealer studios that are subject to ongoing regulatory oversight.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is independently audited and the certified figure is displayed in the game information panel within the npkr Casino lobby. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual gaming sessions.

npkr's decision regarding the outcome of any game round, bet settlement, or bonus award is final. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, npkr reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the Player's account. npkr does not accept liability for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party game provider errors.

10 Sports Betting

npkr's sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, and international tournaments), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sporting events. All odds are published by npkr and are subject to change prior to the commencement of any event. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply.

npkr reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, system error, or odds miscalculation. Bets placed on events that have already commenced without npkr's explicit in-play betting feature being active will be voided and stakes returned.

• Minimum bet amount: as displayed on the relevant market within the npkr sportsbook.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at npkr's discretion, including during key match events.
• Settled bets cannot be reversed or cancelled following match completion and official result confirmation, except where an error in settlement has been identified by npkr.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the npkr platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method without prior written authorisation from npkr.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of any software, algorithm, bot, automated script, or third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or third parties in connection with casino games, sports betting markets, or bonus exploitation.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such winnings are considered void and subject to clawback.
• Laundering money or using npkr accounts to process the proceeds of illegal activities in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
• Allowing a third party to use your npkr account, or using another Player's account, regardless of the reason.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedged betting to clear wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts, or coordinated bonus farming.

12 Responsible Gaming

npkr is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices among all registered Pakistani players. npkr believes that gaming should be a source of entertainment and not a cause of financial harm, emotional distress, or compulsive behaviour.

All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their npkr account settings at any time, with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR limits on the amount you may deposit into your npkr account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts that notify you of the duration of your active gaming session at pre-set intervals.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen notifications that display your session duration and net wagering position at regular intervals during play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your npkr account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. No deposits or wagers may be placed during a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the npkr platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the elected exclusion period. Minimum self-exclusion period: 6 months.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the npkr platform — including but not limited to the npkr brand name, logo, game graphics, platform interface design, text, software code, promotional materials, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of npkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the npkr platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, public display, modification, or derivative creation of any npkr content without the prior written consent of npkr.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, npkr's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player to their npkr account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

npkr expressly excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the npkr platform, regardless of whether npkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

npkr does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service provider failures, and circumstances beyond npkr's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of Platform services. npkr accepts no liability for losses attributable to such unavailability.

15 Account Termination

npkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by the Player.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Conduct that npkr reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Use of the platform in a manner that npkr determines is harmful to other Players, to the Platform's integrity, or to npkr's legal and licensing obligations.
• Regulatory or licensing requirements that necessitate termination of service to specific Players or Player categories.

Upon account closure for legitimate breach of these Terms, npkr reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from play conducted in violation of these Terms. Real Money Balances may be retained by npkr pending investigation and returned to the Player via the verified payment method once the investigation is concluded, subject to any outstanding obligations.

16 Amendments to Terms

npkr reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, npkr will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email to the registered address or via an on-platform notification displayed upon login.

Continued use of the npkr platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must close your npkr account before the effective date of the amendment. npkr will facilitate the withdrawal of any Real Money Balance upon account closure requested in good faith under this provision.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which npkr holds its international gaming licence, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would apply the law of any other jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the npkr platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting npkr's customer support team. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration or, where required by npkr's licensing jurisdiction, to the relevant regulatory authority's dispute resolution process.

npkr's decision on any gaming dispute is final and binding, subject only to review by the relevant licensing regulatory authority where such review is provided for under the applicable licensing framework.
